By now there is no
doubt that you have heard of the free satellite TV deals that are
part of the offers from Dish Network and Directv®. That secret
was let out of the bag a couple of years ago. However, those same
deals are for the most part no longer viable. The good news is that
the newer offers are even better.
The current Dish Network
and Directv® deals are even better than those offers which you
may recall from a year or two ago. Now they are also offering deals
such as free DVR or HDTV upgrades, time sensitive discount programming
offers, free shipping plus installation, and more.
At first glance, the
Dish Network and Directv® deals of today look like everything
is free. You would probably be shocked to find out that you actually
had to pay 46 cents for the the tax on the shipping, or some other
hypothepical nonexistant scenario. Even though these offers are centered
around the idea of everything being free, there can be a few minor
exceptions to the rule.
Directv® deals
don't always come with free shipping. Try to look for one of the deals
that does offer this. Dish Network has an activation fee. This is
just something that you should be aware of. The activation fee is
fully refunded via a credit on your first bill. If you have bad credit,
you should be aware that both Dish Network and Directv® may charge
a small fee that they will use as a deposit.
Another thing to remember
about these free satellite TV offers is that you will be signing a
contract. The satellite TV companies want to be able to take your
money on a monthly basis in order to help make up for the money that
they are losing on these incredible free deals.
The bottom line is
still clear. Dish Network and Directv® currently have some great
deals. You should take advantage of these offers while they are still
available.
